Menderes Günes

Menderes Günes passed his bar exam in Saarbrücken.  After training periods under legal clerkship in England and Turkey, and his work at a corporate law firm, he joined REUSCH Rechtsanwälte in 2005.

Mr. Günes specializes in national and international cases, in particular, in the areas of General Terms and Conditions, building, contract and competition law.
Mr. Günes is also active in product safety law, particularly where this crosses over with competition law.

Mr. Günes is writing a PhD dissertation on "Cross-border Mergers under German and Turkish Business and Tax Law" at the University of Saarland.
