Food industry

The European legislator heavily regulates the food industry.  Many of the requirements of product safety law go into painstaking detail and are thoroughly monitored by regulatory bodies.  Many nutritional supplements fall under the remit of pharmaceutical law, which in turn has consequences for the ways they may be advertised.  The structuring of the distribution channel is therefore just as important as the safeguarding against issues with a company’s own suppliers.

We offer our clients full-spectrum advice, from the contractual structuring of relationships with clients and distributors, to the requirements of food regulations, to questions of pharmaceutical law and strategy in dealing with regulatory authorities.
