Dr. Chris­to­pher Hoe­ckel has been a seni­or mana­ger at KPMG sin­ce 2013. Pri­or to his work as a con­sul­tant he work­ed in indus­try, for exam­p­le in pro­duct deve­lo­p­ment and purcha­sing. The empha­sis in his pro­fes­sio­nal acti­vi­ties at KPMG is on cost reduc­tion and pro­gram­mes for impro­ving effi­ci­en­cy in purcha­sing, and pro­cess and orga­ni­sa­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment throug­hout the sup­p­ly chain. Dr. Hoe­ckel is one of the experts in Solu­ti­on Sup­p­ly Chain Risk Manage­ment at KPMG. He has seve­ral years of pro­ject expe­ri­ence in various dif­fe­rent sec­tors, for exam­p­le the auto­mo­ti­ve indus­try, the fur­ni­tu­re indus­try, the machi­ne con­s­truc­tion indus­try, ener­gy pro­vi­ders, com­mu­nal trans­port ser­vices, health­ca­re and life science.

Dr. Micha­el Proch has been a mana­ger at KPMG sin­ce 2016. Pri­or to that, he work­ed as a rese­arch asso­cia­te at the chair of pro­duc­tion manage­ment and indus­tri­al ope­ra­ti­ons admi­nis­tra­ti­on of the Uni­ver­si­ty of Bay­reuth and did his doc­to­ra­te in ope­ra­ti­ons rese­arch. His rese­arch inte­rests are in the are­as of sup­pli­er deve­lo­p­ment and sup­p­ly chain manage­ment. Dr. Proch has also gathe­red indus­tri­al and con­sul­ting expe­ri­ence with Sie­mens Pte Ltd. in Sin­ga­po­re and goetz­part­ners in Munich. The empha­sis in his work at KPMG is on con­tract manage­ment and trans­for­ma­ti­on in purchasing.
