Regulatory Landscape for Software, AI, and Cybersecurity
In cooperation with the German-Israeli Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Israel), we are pleased to invite you to the second webinar in the series, “Digital Products for the EU Market – Regulatory Landscape for Software, AI, and Cybersecurity.” This session will provide a practical overview of the regulatory requirements for placing digital products and services on the European market, with a special focus on cybersecurity.
This webinar will focus on two major new directives
- NIS 2 Directive: Enhancing cybersecurity for companies across key sectors, including energy, digital infrastructure, and manufacturing. It introduces rigorous requirements for cybersecurity risk management, personal liability for management bodies, and incident response.
- Cyber Resilience Act (CRA): Establishing harmonized security standards for products with digital components across the EU. This applies to both consumer and B2B products and mandates compliance with cybersecurity and vulnerability management requirements. The CRA will be applicable in all EU Member States starting in 2027.
For Israeli companies offering or planning to introduce digital products and services in the EU, this webinar is essential. Whether you’re directly affected by these regulations or need to address cybersecurity within your supply chain, understanding the new EU framework will be critical for business success.
