On the 30th of June we’ll kickoff a new platform around mobility and tech by way of a barcamp event format: #mobltcamp.

In keeping with the motto “RETHINK MOBILITY” we will debate new concepts for intermodal transport, question the sharing of resources and infrastructures, and deal with the changes that innovative transport and logistics services entail.

With players from traditional industries, young tech firms, startups, politics and regulation we want to have an open conversation about the mobility of the future and effectuate the connection between transports, infrastructure and technology. In this we are supported by the DVF (German transport institute) and the Bitkom (Federal Association for IT, Telecommunication and New Media) The range of topics is wide – what we talk about is the participants’ choice.

Be part of this and discuss future concepts and solutions together with experts from the tech and mobility scene across sectors.

never been to a barcamp?

The idea of a barcamp is to host a participatory workshop event, or a “user-generated unconference”, where all attendees conjointly create the agenda. The content for the discussion is provided by the participants, who propose topics to discuss and vote to select the topics for the program, with each participant voting for each workshop, speech or discussion they wish to attend. Thus, all attendees can get the most out of the event.

Here you can find a short video on the topic. Please find more details under agenda.
