Alex­an­der Haer­tel has been working as a lawy­er sin­ce 2004 and is a co-founder and part­ner of the part­ner­ship Kather Augen­stein, which was foun­ded in 2016. 

Alex­an­der Haer­tel advi­ses and repres­ents natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal com­pa­nies of all sizes. The empha­sis in his work is on liti­ga­ti­on in the field of tech­no­lo­gi­cal pro­per­ty rights (patents, uti­li­ty models). He also works in soft IP, advi­sing his cli­ents in par­ti­cu­lar on trade­mark law, design law and com­pe­ti­ti­on law. Abo­ve all, his exper­ti­se extends to cover the auto­mo­ti­ve and tele­com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons indus­tries. At the moment, along with other part­ners, he is loo­king after a large-scale man­da­te from AUDI AG / Volks­wa­gen AG. His cli­ents app­re­cia­te his tire­less crea­ti­ve energy.
