In the second keynote address of our automotive law event this year, Daniel Wuhrmann reports on current topics which present challenges to suppliers.
From systems for the identification of regulatory product requirements in accordance with IATF 16949, documentation and archiving in accordance with VDA Vol. 1 to the significance of FMEA in liability law following the harmonization of the AIAG and VDA systems: with all the problems, we often lose sight of the benefits and possibilities. But that can change! The keynote address will finish with a topic which is indicated in all three of the aforementioned connections: recourse against subcontractors in practice.
