The legal requi­re­ments for pro­ducts, whe­ther ana­log or digi­tal, are beco­ming incre­asing­ly com­plex world­wi­de. Kno­wing and com­ply­ing with the­se requi­re­ments is a real chall­enge. We sup­port our cli­ents throug­hout the enti­re pro­duct life cycle: From pro­duct deve­lo­p­ment to recy­cling. From pro­duct safe­ty law to product-related envi­ron­men­tal law. From mar­ket access to mar­ket actions and recalls.

Our team spe­cia­li­zes in all issues and chal­lenges rela­ting to pro­duct law, such as exten­ded pro­duct respon­si­bi­li­ty (EPR) issues from pack­a­ging law to dis­po­sal regis­ters and sup­p­ly and dis­tri­bu­ti­on chain design. We’re fami­li­ar with natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal requi­re­ments, enab­ling us to map and update all mar­kets and tar­get count­ries for our cli­ents, whe­ther for brick-and-mortar or online trade.
