Che­mi­cals law is stron­gly shaped by Euro­pean law. The CLP, REACH, POP or PIC Regu­la­ti­ons con­tain dif­fe­rent legal requi­re­ments – depen­ding on your role as a mar­ket par­ti­ci­pant and the cha­rac­te­ristics of your pro­duct. Substance-related regu­la­ti­on requi­res a sys­te­ma­tic con­side­ra­ti­on of all legal acts, also with regard to spe­ci­fic product-related requi­re­ments such as under the RoHS or WEEE Directive.
