Kanz­lei­mo­ni­tor: reusch­law once again leads the way in pro­duct lia­bi­li­ty law

In the latest ‘Kanz­lei­mo­ni­tor 2025/2026’ published by the Ger­man Insti­tu­te for Legal Depart­ments and Cor­po­ra­te Lawy­ers (diruj), reusch­law tops the list of lea­ding law firms in pro­duct lia­bi­li­ty law for the second year in a row. The firm has impro­ved on last year’s ran­king in terms of both the num­ber and per­cen­ta­ge of recom­men­da­ti­ons. It is also ran­ked in the top 100 law firms in the ‘Kanz­lei­mo­ni­tor’ in the are­as of com­pli­ance, data pro­tec­tion law and con­tract law.

The fir­m’s foun­der, Phil­ipp Reusch, is not only one of the lea­ding lawy­ers in the field of pro­duct lia­bi­li­ty, but has also been included in the top 100 lawy­ers list of the renow­ned ran­king again this year. Ste­fan Hes­sel, sala­ry part­ner and head of digi­tal busi­ness at reusch­law, is one of the lea­ding lawy­ers in the field of data pro­tec­tion law.

In the stu­dy published annu­al­ly by diruj sin­ce 2013, exe­cu­ti­ves in the legal depart­ments of Ger­man com­pa­nies make recom­men­da­ti­ons for law firms and lawy­ers. This year’s edi­ti­on is based on 10,603 recom­men­da­ti­ons from 686 com­pa­nies for a total of 30 are­as of law.
