Berlin, April 15, 2026 – In response to its strong growth and increasing international focus, reuschlaw, a Germany-based commercial law firm specializing in product law, has appointed its first Chief Operating Officer (COO). Gerrit Sadowski, a qualified lawyer with extensive international management experience, will assume this newly created role on May 1, 2026. As COO, he will be responsible for the firm’s structural and strategic development and will play a key role in shaping its continued growth.
Gerrit Sadowski brings many years of experience in the strategic management and development of leading international law firms. Most recently, he served as Partner, COO Tax & Legal, and Legal Director International at Baker Tilly’s Frankfurt office. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer and Head of Communications Germany at an international law firm, where he led national communication strategies. As a member of key international leadership committees, Sadowski advised law firm partnerships on organizational development, budgeting, and growth strategy. His areas of focus included optimizing internal processes, expanding international networks, integrating new partner teams, and developing and positioning new office locations. In addition, he is actively involved in the German Association of Commercial Law Firms, where he contributes to advancing modern law firm management and leadership structures. As of May 1, he will once again chair the “Management 360°” committee.
