In our web­i­nar on “Pro­duct Lia­bi­li­ty in the Fur­ni­tu­re Indus­try,” we and our coope­ra­ting part­ners will explain the scope of pro­duct lia­bi­li­ty ari­sing from the num­e­rous and fair­ly com­plex legal requi­re­ments appli­ca­ble to the fur­ni­tu­re industry.

In addi­ti­on to sta­tu­to­ry prin­ci­ples, cur­rent mar­ket requi­re­ments and FSC and PEFC cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on in light of the Ger­man Tim­ber Act, we will focus in par­ti­cu­lar on the EU Tim­ber Regu­la­ti­on in (legal) practice.
